I started playing on this server and was extremely shocked as to how quickly I was leveling up! Everything was extremely cheap, and your character rarely took much damage from monsters. It was just boring to play because it was never a challenge. No matter who you really fought. There was never any events going on. You rarely saw other players and if you did none of them helped me out. I do not you waste your time downloading this one.

I've thought for a while about what to say. Here it is. BRO is a good server with good rates. The economy is way out of proportion though. some pets will go for tens of millions of zeny. The classes are very well balanced and there is a nice WOE. I personally have never seen a GM but i hear they are kind. Server is always up and the players are nice. I think it's too easy to level though. If your in a group you can get to lvl 500 in about 40 minutes.

I Played for 3 months before I got my full EQ. This Server relies heavily on donations. If you dont donate you will get owned by the donators. You can Hunt GTB TAO and Amon to get Zeny but its Hard to Hunt this because every minute there are many people Waiting for Amon and Scout for GTB. You're lucky if you got TAO's time. Thats All :-q

Well high rate servers arnt my type i suppose. It takes less than a day to max out your character if you party with some one and all the guild have maxed lvl players. To me there is no sense of place or having to work to get anywhere in the game. I never talked to GMs but i suppose they are good because to me in Blackout most of the people are friendly and never heard any complaints. To me zeny means nothing because you become a god in a short period of time. I feel like wiz class dominant class

1month that i played in this server and i come to an end over: it's a dictatorship. if you do something wrong you get kicked, jailed,banned,removed from the game. GMs don't inform you if there is a problem, just block your account. it's not only for a regular game but there is gm's power abuse. i have 6 years ro experience and i played in many servers, but none had this kind of gm's control. if you play here be careful, don't joke with gm, don't do anything that could be fun: OPPRESSIVE GM.

I downloaded this and I must say that I wasted my time. After a long download, and when I started to play... I didn't like it. The main area was very small and too much spammers, the economy was great... as in they wouldn't ban you for small things (I have quite a history for that). What I really liked was the people, anyone you ask a question will answer you and the Moderators etc are great people. But what I didn't like is, I was in PvP and when I was in battle, I kept on getting 1-hit ko's.

The server is great for PvP and has some nice quests. The GMs are semi-active and friendly but they don't hold events much. The community is great with a lot of guilds. The economy is screwed, however.

Blackout RO is very fun to play except that their economy is sh*t and have little to no events these last few months. The server pretty much resolvers around PvP and WoE so it's very balanced with alot of guild competition. The community is very friendly and when they are online the GMs are helpfull. On top of that the server is also very stable and available. All in all a great server to play on.

Not to be mean or anything, but this server is out of balance once donation items come into play. Who has them can instantly kill anyone at anytime. Second, since some items are only through donation and of course have run out, people start getting greedy. Also, events are a once every two to three months, possibly more. GM's are barely on now(due to real life) but not on way too often. Stab;e and organized, but overpowered overtime.

This is a nice server. The WoE is fun, there are decent amounts of events, and most of the players are noob-friendly. However, I have one major complaint and that is the GMs. Most of the GMs are mean and unhelpful. Not only do they not answer some of your questions, but they abuse admin rights by banning you from IRC for the most frivolous reasons. While the server itself is enjoyable, I believe that it can gain a lot more players if the GMs weren't so mean.
